1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the World Spa Hotels website and directory at worldspahotels.com (the "Service"), operated by World Spa Hotels ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a hotel or other business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. About Our Service

World Spa Hotels is a curated, editorial directory of luxury spa and wellness hotels. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking platform, and we do not sell or resell hotel stays.

The Service is currently in a pre-launch phase. Features, listings, and content may be added, changed, or removed as we prepare for the public launch, and parts of the Service may be temporarily unavailable.

3. Bookings and Enquiries

Where a booking option is available, it links directly to the hotel's own booking engine or official website. Any booking you make is a contract between you and the hotel alone: we are not a party to it and do not accept bookings, take payment, or handle cancellations, changes, or refunds.

Prices, availability, and terms of stay shown on our pages are provided by the hotels and may change without notice. Always confirm the details directly with the hotel or on its booking engine before booking.

When you submit an enquiry through the Service, we forward it to the relevant hotel. We cannot guarantee that a hotel will respond, and we are not responsible for the content of any response.

4. Accounts

Some features of the Service require an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@worldspahotels.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, that we reasonably believe are associated with misuse of the Service, or upon your request.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• •interfere with the operation of the Service, including through automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction without our prior written permission;
• •submit enquiries or messages that are false, misleading, spam, or sent in bulk;
• •infringe the intellectual property or other rights of World Spa Hotels, listed hotels, or any third party;
• •attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.

6. Hotel Listings and Editorial Control

Listed hotels are responsible for the accuracy of the content they submit, including descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Content is subject to our editorial review before publication: we may edit, decline, or remove listings that do not meet our Selection Standards or these Terms, and we do not guarantee any particular placement, ranking, or level of visibility.

Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement by World Spa Hotels of a hotel's services, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any hotel's offering.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and curation, is owned by World Spa Hotels and protected by intellectual property laws. Hotel names, trademarks, and images submitted by hotels remain the property of their respective owners; by submitting content to us, hotels grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display it within the Service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites, including hotel websites and booking engines. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites; review their terms and privacy policies before interacting with them.

9. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including during the pre-launch period, without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Spa Hotels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — including any reliance on listings, enquiries, or links to third-party booking engines.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence where such rights are granted by applicable consumer law; in all other cases, the courts of Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update shown above; continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
